Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Time (ET) or on weekends are processed the next business day.
During sales or peak seasons, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days. We'll email you if there's any delay.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the label is created. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible. We can update it only if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, and wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early).
- If your package still doesn't show up, or tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, contact us through our Contact page and we'll open a claim with the carrier and help you get a replacement or refund.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and the shoes and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right.
Taxes
Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
